- A complicit HR: One thing is knowing that a HR protects the company, other is being totally silent and effectively an enabler when a single department is punished by making everyone go to the office 4d with 1 month notice. Forget childcare, forget long commutes. Just silent. - A horrible company strategy: If after more than 6y a new product is not released, either the product is about building spaceships OR the strategy and vision is complete wrong. As we are not building spaceships I guess it is not possible to get rid of the CEO, but the CEO can make a whole dept go 4d to the office, so that collaboration improves and the product is released. Make sense of that! - Specialists in "office management": Let's just put it like this. We have our days in office controlled/counted and sr management took over 4 months to arrange a seating plan. Now that's spaceship material! - The fake bonuses and unrealistic targets: Imagine a year where you hear that a one of a kind deal was signed. Presentations, celebrations, all of that, and then what we hear...we need to sign 3 of these to have a full bonus! W T F !! Just don't bother. Go somewhere else. Your mental health is more important.
