Flexible schedules, Corporate raised employee's hourly pay across the board b/c of Covid-19.
Cons
1. Mandatory face masks for all employees regardless of health or other conditions that precluded the wearing of face masks/blockage of oxygen intake. Face masks cause more harm than anything else. 2. If you had a health reason for not wearing a face mask and provided a doctor's authentication, they put you on unpaid leave. 3. Also, they raised employee's hourly pay but said it was only temporary and it would be rescinded after the first of the year. 4. No employee discounts for any product or service
