      Everyone for themselves attitude. No support from Operations and VP's. Any comments or reviews on this site are staged by upper management to make it appear like they care, No real opportunities to advance. Just false promises and lies.

      Nice people to work with and lots of training aids. Medical and Dental plans, Life Insurance, 401K, CATIA V5 and V6 training. Flexible work hours for students.

      Cons

      Work Quotas No Vacation days for 6 Months 5 Paid Vacation Days after accrual 6 Paid Holidays / year after 90 days Little incentive to improve performance. High Turnover
