Pros

At Global Operations you are in control of your own success! As an appointment setter, I have been given all the tools necessary to surpass my daily quota and see my income continue to rise week to week. The atmosphere is upbeat and everyone works as a team to encourage each others success. The recruiters and management are professional and work as a team with no politics!!

Cons

None. If there is ever a problem management is understanding and great to work with in resolving any matter personal or business.

Pros

If you are an independent performer. Your salary is uncapped. They give us training for 2 days. 1 day to read and another to shadow with a current team member. We have meetings every morning so that we can ask questions if we decide to or need to with our team leads and assigned Managers or Account Managers. Several of us employees get to work from home also. The Recruiters get job boards when some companies do not give them and make them get their own etc.

Cons

If you need a ton of hand-holding and can not learn quickly this will not be for you. This from what I can see is built for people that understand quotas and how to make them work to their advantage. The only con is that if you have not worked in that type of environment than it will not work for you because it is a 100% sales environment. Contract Staffing and Import-Export Sales is not for everyone.
