- unique culture - welcoming - great portfolio/product base - respected organisation - hard-working - flexible working - very very talented people

Cons

- very lax sales environment - senior managers are happy to throw you under the bus/ living in a bubble - high turn over - not willing to change - never listen to real issues - talented staff should be recognised

Good work life balance, fully remote and nice colleagues.

Cons

Terrible pay for all departments except Sales. No annual pay rises (not even inflation pay rises), no real support from management. Far too many Managers and Directors in ratio to individual contributors.
