Keeps motivating and providing really good feedback on how to improve not just in this job for life in general. -Can learn a lot about financial markets. -Develop your interpersonal skills and assertiveness pretty well

      Pros

      Exciting variety of ways to fulfill my career ambition through travel, and earn competitive rewards. Constant training by the managers that are here and they sell big tickets for delegate sales (I saw consistent deals). Different growth opportunities whether it is within US, Europe and Asia.
