      Very nice working environment, supportive, internal promotion and a lot of careeer development. Rapid growth so it means more oppportunities.

      Cons

      Low pay. Rotate working hours which means you have to work through public holiday

      Pros

      They do great work. Really good, dedicated staff. Small, dedicated senior team. All very kind and thoughtful. Powerful community work.

      Cons

      Small team with a lot on everyone's plate means some systems are a little older and outdated. People have to wear lots of hats.
