      Pros

      This is a team that mostly consists of high performers; that is what allows the culture to be so relaxed and comfortable. Since team members to not require micro-managing, we are all given quite a wide berth in our daily activities, dress code, work style, personal expression, and more. It used to be that vertical movement was difficult, because of such a low rate of attrition, but with great expansions and growth, there is now plenty of opportunity!

      Cons

      You have to be personally driven and focused. There are always fun events/free food going on and it could be easy to accidentally spend your entire day at the ping pong table, chatting with coworkers, or eating too much CAKE!

      The culture and core values, the people, the work/life balance, benefits, investment in developing their people, diversity.

      Can't think of any cons other than most employees must reside in Houston and I don't live there anymore.

      Absolutely NO pros working here

      Cons

      Company is terrible. Favoritism shown, policies constantly change for the benefit of higher ups. HR is involved with associates there is no separation of the two. Managers do absolutely NO work. No raises are ever considered. The company refuse doctor notes if written out for medical conditions the company is POOR!
