Pros
Great employer overall. Very friendly atmosphere and a great sense of community. Good remuneration and benefits, particularly in HQ.
Cons
Outdated systems, but they are largely being replaced. Moreover, other FIs are hardly any better in that regard. Legacy systems are such a big problem in the sector. Hard to develop internally unless you work in HQ.
