Pros
On the surface, it seems like a fun, creative place to work.
Cons
It is not. This is an UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT for JUNIORS AND GRADUATES from all aspects of the VFX or Games industries. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH. The pitiful pay, no overtime pay, verbal abuse, psychological manipulation, emotional abuse, gaslighting and lies all add up. As a junior or graduate, you don't really have any idea how to stand up for yourself. The CEO is a very, very manipulative human, and will never lose an argument. You will leave your meetings with him feeling deflated, shaken and guilty, as if you did anything to deserve that. He is an expert at deflecting, you cannot win. You must leave or never enter the door. Do not be tempted, do not be swayed by the CEO's posts on Linkedin or the success of Glitch's shows. This place is a content mill that is powered by the souls evacuating the bodies of its employees. I can promise that not one person leaving this company will leave on good terms.
