Pros

Direct deposit and as much overtime as you want to work at facility assigned.

Cons

Constantly short changing me on paychecks. Had to ask for my money almost every single time I worked overtime. Unrealistic expectations for work schedule and threatened when I had to call in sick. I was never even offered a raise after my 1 year anniversary! Not a company I would recommend to anyone.

Pros

Salary is negotiable. They constantly offer overtime, They will work with you on getting a couple of days off with no pay. They answer the business phone & e-mails immediately. They text you daily to “Confirm” your daily shifts.

Cons

You pay all your own pre-employment requirements, Background Check, TB test, N95 fitting, Flu shots, & CEU’S needed to renew your license. They don’t believe you if you call off sick one day and you must fax them a copy of your Doctors note which could get costly. Employee (vendor) care is worthless, I called them & emailed them about an ongoing daily work issue I had with one of their facilities that was not addressing my complaints about not getting bathroom breaks by certain employees, well their helpful response was “thank you for bringing up the issue I will talk to my contact at the facility,” YEP!! you guessed correctly, I got escorted out of the facility the reason he gave me was “your contract here is over” So if you don’t need more than 2 bathroom breaks during your 8 to 16 hour shifts (Specially if you’re a Female with monthly menses) then this Registry is for you, just work and keep silent about how you can’t go to the bathroom when nature calls, because this company won’t back you up as their employee (vendor) in my opinion they only care about making money off you and protecting their contracts with said facilities.
