It's work, but so is working at Mc Donalds.
Cons
Bait & Switch. Advertise & hire for specific trades, end up shoveling instead. Unorganized, inefficient, poor planing, hours are inconsistent, projects are short term. They advertise, "Our team is composed of the very best and brightest in the design/build industry", more like Bull Manure.
