Pros

- 40% discount - Fun and energetic work environment - Met some really nice people

Cons

- I was expected to work so much unpaid overtime. - As a PT or casual you are treated as disposable. - I was consistently rostered on days that I had N/A'd and was made to feel guilty when my availability changed or if I was unable to cover a shift. Rostering was very inconsistent and last minute. - As a worker in charge I was given extra responsibilities but never given any financial incentive for performing what were essentially managerial duties. - Consistently under or overstaffed. Upper-management would give ridiculous wage budgets that did not reflect the very high daily budget expectations, and then criticise us for not making budget/KPIs. - You are expected to wear the current clothes being sold in the shop (which change literally every week), but are given no clothing allowance. Even though there is a 40% discount, it all adds up when you are guilted into buying new items every week. - Upper management was rarely friendly when making store visits. They were condescending and would micro-manage floor staff. Particularly the CEO. - There is no HR! I was unable to make complaints about my experience when I left the company. - The sizing and marketing is appalling and not at all reflective of the diversity of Australian society. Also, basically every item of stock was covered in single use plastics.
