Work life balance is incredibly important and we encourage our leadership team to continue to share this. 401(k) match is something that we have discussed internally and it is a benefit that we would eventually like to offer to our employees on top of our current benefits offered. Benefits such as provided lunches, snacks, wellness perks, employee learning/development, and commuter checks are items we’ve brought in over time and we believe our overall compensation package is highly competitive, especially as a small private company at this time.
