Work life balance is incredibly important and we encourage our leadership team to continue to share this. 401(k) match is something that we have discussed internally and it is a benefit that we would eventually like to offer to our employees on top of our current benefits offered. Benefits such as provided lunches, snacks, wellness perks, employee learning/development, and commuter checks are items we’ve brought in over time and we believe our overall compensation package is highly competitive, especially as a small private company at this time. As we grow, you can expect even more. We are continually weighing which benefits are considered to be most valuable to our employees so your input is meaningful.
