Pros

good at supporting remote work, bad at supporting workers

Cons

In the company zoom meeting where mass layoffs were announced, the CEO prefaced the announcement by noting how the company had just had one of its best quarters - results which were achieved in no small part due to sales & marketing staff, many of whom were subsequently laid off with less than an afternoon's notice. Poor communication, an upper management that is incredibly opaque (at best), doesn't value employees one bit.

We are sorry that this is your experience and acknowledge that changes in the organization can be difficult for all involved. While we did have highlights for the quarter, there have been many challenges in the market, leading us to come to the difficult decision of layoffs. Releasing people is truly one of the hardest decisions to make, and we understand that there is room for improvement when messages are being passed down moving forward. The leadership takes very heavily into consideration every feedback that is shared with us, and we appreciate you taking the time to do so. Hila Amsalem, VP Global HR
