Pros
(1) Highly innovative place, any new technology backed by the right base behind it can be implemented. very good place to grow in. (2) Solid salary. (3) great people.
Cons
The RnD is still in its growing phases so everything is still micromanaged and it makes for a very ineffective workflow. At times a very stressful environment to work at that doesn't recognize so much the hard work put in, and doesn't benefit the workers for it.
