Cons
There are no cons once you're in this company. The hiring cycle is LONG and extensive. Be ready for that. And if you don't care about winning and being customer centric, reliable, kind, humble, this will not be your jam. You won't like it here - the company is ALL about its culture. While the company has unlimited PTO, mandated vacation, and has been intentional about making sure folks sign off at very reasonable hours, everyone has an ownership mentality and so we work hard. 9-to-5ers will feel very out of place here.
