Pros
- great collegues, both regionally and globally -many good quality specialized resources available to get job done, like regulatory, flavour analysis, consumer insights, application etc - a good digital infrastructure, both to make flavour formulas and to find info on work form the past - unique digital tools -very professional environment with many areas to learn
Cons
-very regional organization rather than globally, little opportunity to travel to other regions for training, aligning etc. This was already the case before stringent cost saving measures came in. - an unhealthy focus on individual financial contribution rather than team outcomes is changing behaviours in a negative way
