Pros

No pro's to speak of. It used to be remote flexibility 2-3 days a week. Now you have to be on site for 4 days a week.

Cons

Disorganized, machines constantly breaking down, not investing in the right programs Terrible customer service Very long hours, short resourced, keep adding more unnecessary tasks without taking anything away
