Nightmare Company - Sales Givaudan Employee Review

Givaudan is a place that takes from the lower rung employees w abandon and gives nothing back. They’ll ask you to do the workload of three people, tell you you won’t be promoted unless you’re already doing the role of the level above you and if you ask for a raise due to the increased workload they’ll give you something pitiful and act as though they are the most wildly generous employers in the world. Even if you are doing the role of the level above you they won’t promote or give an adequate raise. Perfumers and management get to do next to nothing and treat people like trash and are ‘untouchable.’ There is a lot of sinister energy and people who will happily trash you to try to get ahead. Lots of turn over as everyone is miserable. My best advice is avoid particularly if it’s for the sales side.
