there isnt much pros to it

low pay, no chance of moving up

There is No Pros I in this company

I work for this company for 2 years as a Lead R&D engineer and here is my honest opinion. 1 - Here salary is the main and important issue. These people don't run the payroll on time. They keep two months salary with them and every month they say new problems came up and this way they keep postponing the salary. 2 - No work-life balance. Everyone works every day including the weekends because they can't finish their work for that week. they pile on too much work onto everyone. They choose not to hire more people when it's needed. 3 - This company don't give payslip to its employees and there is no HR also. 4 - you will always find the internet problem, water problem and Power cuts because of no proper generator 5- No proper organisation structure and make fake promises. 6 - They forcing employees to write a good review 7 - If you will change your mind to switch the company, then you have to serve two months notice period but that last two month's salary they wouldn't give. It's been so many years and still, I have not received my full and final settlement. 8 - At your last working day they wouldn't give the relieving letter as well. They will say will send but they don't give experience letter also. I can add more points but just a suggestion, please don't join this company.
