      1. Great talented teammates to work with, 2. Diverse tech stack available to work on, 3. Got opportunity to learn new stack from seniors 4. Lastly got chance to work on real tech problems, scaling, etc...

      Cons

      1. Arrange a physical meet-up once in a year.. 2. Can't think of any deep cons TBH...

      - Very collaborative environment and with supportive team members. - Management is open to feedback and exploring a lot of different ideas to grow the team and company.
