      Pros

      - great company culture: you are trusted, and the values are really applied in the way to work - good training - remote work for the entire company - competitive salary compared to other german SDR offers - company in growth so many opportunities of promotion - very horizontal: everyone is very easy going no matter the title - GitLab makes sure you can work remotely in good conditions (co working space, budget for equipment etc.) As a SDR: you are supported, great collaboration in the SDR/BDR teams and also with the AEs.

      Cons

      - I honestly don't find one. remote work is obviously not for everybody but I personally love it.

      Pros

      OK pay or benefits in the market. Fully remote. Still is trying to frame itself as a big player.

      Cons

      Leadership went from being collaborative, communicative, and transparent, to being mercurial, secretive, and out of touch with the actual work. OBSESSSES over your AI usage metrics - even if AI doesn't help you and slows you down. The current layoff in progress was communicated poorly and not planned at all. And now they want us to adore the leaders and the company? Cultish vibes. We went from a company that plans ahead to a company that reacts.
