Pros

Work remotely anywhere in the world. Literally. And the company will hook you up with everything you need for your home office. The team is so nice. Like really, really friendly. Everyone. The company values aren't just written down to make the company sound good, but they're actually upheld and encouraged by upper management. Even (and especially) things like taking time off. The CEO and other execs actually listen to all employees, no matter their position or newness to the company. If it's a good idea, it gets heard and acted upon. This rarity is enhanced even further by the openness of the daily team call and other calls.

Cons

Working remotely is awesome, but... well, it can mean you'll be by yourself a lot if you're not careful. That can be good or bad depending on who you are and how you work.

Pros

Best company I've ever worked for. Strong culture, great leadership, competitive compensation, excellent work life balance, and a genuine focus on employee well being and career growth.

Cons

Fast paced environment and high expectations, but that's part of working at a successful, growing company.

Pros

OK pay or benefits in the market. Fully remote. Still is trying to frame itself as a big player.

Cons

Leadership went from being collaborative, communicative, and transparent, to being mercurial, secretive, and out of touch with the actual work. OBSESSSES over your AI usage metrics - even if AI doesn't help you and slows you down. The current layoff in progress was communicated poorly and not planned at all. And now they want us to adore the leaders and the company? Cultish vibes. We went from a company that plans ahead to a company that reacts.
