Culture is toxic which has seen the firm have a high turnover of conveyancers and technical team members within the last couple of years. HR are slow at dealing with issues raised with them and overall do not prioritise wellbeing of staff. Firm largely focusses on bottom line/financial success in conveyancing meetings.
