-cafeteria serves decent food -people are friendly when they aren't working from a CYA mindset from leadership -benefits and comp are decent (middle of the road)
Cons
-everyone blames everyone else. no one takes accountability and management doesn't hold anyone accountable -everyone is miserable and loves to tell you about how miserable they are. this only makes those who aren't miserable miserable -leadership refuses to change their mindset. the business isn't level set, people work 11 hours a day, no stability, probably a layoff coming after EMV but they only want heads now -large amounts of turnover without management doing anything about it -shady practices from all corners of the org. leadership is so silo-ed everything is a rumor -don't live their core values
