Excellent Work Culture - Manager Gigs Media Employee Review

to be honest There are no Pros

1) Worst Company to Work in 2) They will just hire you and will fire you the next day 3) No appreciation for hardwork and talent. 4) Unlimited destructive Politics maybe more politics than Bigboss and actual Politics. If you are good at bad politics you will be happy here 5) They fired an entire team 90% staff saying they do no have sponsors/Financers irony is the project started just 2 months back :) 6) You can join this company if you want to spoil your resume. 7) They promised me joining bonus and did not clear the joining bonus also. 8 Also my 2 months salary was delayed by them and was only cleared after 6 to 8 months of my leaving the company.

I love my experience at Gigs Media . I feel like you are given so much autonomy. They do a great job at training you and giving you the tools and support you need to learn new skills. I really love the company culture. Some of the best people that you will ever meet work there, I felt very included and encouraged to speak my mind and be myself!

No cons have face till now from last 3 years.
