      Staff is not bad. people like to share knowledge to each other.

      I would like to say the leader might have some mental issue. The status with his mood is not very well. you might get emotional blackmail every day.

      Pros

      The environment is good for a beginner to learn especially for the freshman. Everyone here are young and also freshman, so the relationship between colleague is great. Because the age of employee is close, communication is easier.

      Cons

      If you want to build up a big scale system, this company can not offer you this opportunity, but being a starter for learning will be cool.
