Pros
GigaSpaces is a really special company to work for. It’s innovative, transparent, and full of genuinely good people. What I appreciated most was that it never felt like a place where you were just left to figure things out alone. There was always a real feeling of, “What do you need?” and “How can we help you succeed?” The team is excellent, both professionally and personally. I was lucky to have an outstanding manager, someone I learned a lot from and will really miss. One thing that stood out to me was how easy it was to speak to people at every level of the company. Even the CEO was approachable. I remember speaking with him while he was making a salad, and he actually stopped, listened, and took what I was saying seriously. That says a lot about the culture. HR were also great, always approachable and there when needed. Overall, GigaSpaces was a warm, professional, and supportive place to work, and I’m very grateful for my time there.
Cons
The main downside for me was the traffic getting to the office in Herzliya Pituach, which can be painful depending on where you’re coming from. Also, because the company is working on a newer product, there are naturally some of the usual growing pains that come with that. That said, it never felt chaotic or careless. It felt like the team was aware of what needed to improve and was getting very close to ironing things out.
