No one understands operations. So called operations heads and CEO have no experience handling people, nor operations. Attrition rate is so high is you end up training every other person for what they should have been experts in. Terrible pays and dehumanizing management. They have quick hire and quick fire policy without proper communication and they prey on needy professionals to exploit their time. You won’t learn anything in this organization.
