      Decent salary pay cheque and a company who took pride of its history. Overall, is one of those top employer in Germany.

      Cons

      Centralised decision making that can take months to cascade top down objectives roll out across the globe. Lack the ability to strategise the market in competing in South East Asia due to high cost. Strong procesd orientated loosing a lot more time to process or address problems.

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
