Pros
Great benefits, people are generally friendly. Pay is average. My direct supervisor was fine, but often distant.
Cons
Most people have been there for 15-30 years and it was their first job out of high school. The average age of employees has to be around 50. There are about 3 millennials out of 100ish people in the company. Most employees are unimpressive and do the bare minimum to get by. Leadership is rocky and there is poor communication from top down. Everything is controlled by head quarters in Germany. No professional growth whatsoever. You only get a performance-based bonus if you are salary. Some employees verbally abuse other colleges. Most people are nice, but if you do something wrong, don't be surprised if someone chews you out in front of everyone. I saw it three times and no one was checked for their behavior. President is verbally abusive in meetings sometimes and HR does nothing about it.
