      Pros

      Majority of employees are friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Pay is below par compared to industry. Some managers and leaders are power-trippers. Lack of on-boarding training and technical documentation which concentrates legacy knowledge in very few senior folks. The only reason I can think of for this behavior is job-security.
