Massive layoffs with no warning.
Employees were completely blindsided, despite reassurances that things were "fine." No real explanations, no time to prepare, just an email, a meeting, and you're gone.
Unpaid overtime became the norm.
In times of pressures, employees were expected to pick up the slack, putting in extra hours without compensation.
HR is a mess.
Unresponsive, unhelpful, and at times, actively working against employees. Trying to get any support or answers is an exercise in frustration.
Breach of contract and extortion of ex-employees.
Even after parting ways with employees, management showed no hesitation in engaging in unethical and illegal practices to strong-arm former staff.
