Pros

Supportive colleagues and a generally collaborative environment. Good exposure to different projects and technologies. Workload is manageable most of the time and there is flexibility when needed. Decent learning opportunities for junior and mid-level developers

Cons

Communication between teams can sometimes be unclear. Decision-making can be slow, especially for larger changes. Some processes feel outdated and could be streamlined. Career progression paths are not always clearly defined
