Pros
Gfycat moves fast. In the past year, we've grown from a team of 3 to a team of 11. The team is young, hungry and ambitious. The CEO listens to the users and the employees, and he's got great vision for the product. The company is going places and on the rise in the GIF space. There's tons of room for growth if you're willing to work hard and navigate through some ambiguity.
The office is located in downtown Mountain View, so it's close to great restaurants and the Caltrain. There are always snacks in the office, and they provide lunch!

The space is small and a bit run down, and the company is growing quickly. There's a lot of ambiguity and uncertainty as to what your exact role is, so you've got to know what you want to accomplish and how you want to grow in the company.
