Strong team of 13 people, with a lot of good experience and ideas. Very friendly enviroment, flexible working hours and home office option (max 5 days a month).
Cons
Sometimes the decision for local market and sales strategy is determined by the HQ abroad, which makes timing and work difficult compared when we could decide locally.
