Takes a while to get to know everyone. Not sure where the company is heading. Not as much diversity Hard to get promoted.

Hi, there - thank you for your review! Remote work can provide a lot of flexibility for employees, but we know it can be difficult to begin to form connections and meet other employees. To mitigate this, we have the Donut program (through Slack) to connect employees with one another to develop connections and create bonds through remote work. We also have a global morale committee, which works to host not only in-person events, but virtual events as well. We also have a Culture & Development team who has built out a wonderful internal website, showcasing all of our diversity initiatives. One very popular feature is our Employee Resource Group, which connects employees who identify as specific diverse groups in order to chat about their experiences and learn from others. All employees are welcome to join the meetings and learn about their peers. You've mentioned you'd like to see employees get rewarded more often. - fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

Cons

- can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
