In terms of career advancement, we have built career ladders for every role, team, and function in the company. This allows transparency on what the next step is and how to get there. Your manager can walk you through areas of opportunity to focus on during regular one-on-one meetings or during your quarterly check-ins.
Regarding Benefits, we have a comprehensive plan that includes medical, vision, and dental coverage; flexible savings accounts; life and disability plans; retirement plans; and employee assistance programs, just to name a few. I am unsure what you are referencing when you say a major vendor may not be included in our coverage soon. As of today, I am unaware of any current benefit plan vendors exiting the space.
