This is a significant period of time and we appreciate your commitment over the years. It is great to hear that these aspects contributed to a positive experience for you. With that being said, you are correct that we have high staff retention rates, which is something we are very proud of. However, this should not inhibit your ability to grow and develop, but rather expand your learning since you are surrounded by folks with significant industry knowledge. If you have concerns over your career progression, I encourage you to either chat with your manager or functional HR Business Partner. Since we recently moved to quarterly check-ins, there should be many opportunities to facilitate this conversation. Further, throughout the pandemic, our Global Leadership Team has made significant strides to explain their decisions and facilitate transparent dialogue.
