We do understand that we would not be where we are today without the hard work of the entire team. We are actively bringing individual achievements to the forefront in our weekly company-wide updates. Additionally, employee engagement surveys, team meetings, review cycles, and 1-on-1s are great ways to raise concerns and show appreciation for your colleagues. To maintain a great team, we rely on everyone’s contribution and support to reach our goals. We are continuously impressed by the dedication we see in our employees across every department and level, from interns to senior management.
Additionally, we are unsure of what you are referring to in terms of bonuses or inaccurate quality scores. We are focusing on providing a transparent compensation scheme that is clear for each employee to understand their compensation based on position, level, and tenure.
