      You get to help people with their health Insurance as a result, you speak with a lot of different people and you are making a difference in their lives.

      Cons

      They have great talent onboard however, there needs to be more engagement to retain the talent. Provide people sufficient time to learn the job and be great - Engage to know your team members and invest in their growth and development.
