Pros
Since Joining the growing Peterborough office, I cannot express how pleased I am with the company and the job role itself. The team in office and the wider company are welcoming and a pleasure to work with; from day one there is support in place and you feel valued as an actual person rather than just another employee. The culture at GetAgent is second to none, it really does make work thoroughly enjoyable and I couldn’t recommend the role enough to anyone.
Cons
Whole-heartedly I haven’t found a con yet personally from the role, but if I was speaking generally in the eyes of a new starter you do need to be adaptable to a plethora of situations with ‘customers’. It’s crucial that you have a resilient mindset and you can pick yourself up again- even if this is a struggle though there is so much support and you will never feel alone!
