      Diverse company with people from all over the world Nice company events to meet new people if you come from abroad and are starting your network here Possibility for growth (depends on which department) English is the main language spoken

      Fast-paced and growing -> many processes need to be established or improved Sometimes chaotic, young team of managers with a lot to learn

      Pros

      Great international team, fun to work with and very supportive. Fast-growing company with strong potential, a lot of opportunities to learn. For sales roles: travel, exposure to clients, and clear career growth path. You can take initiative and actually see your impact. Not a place where ideas get lost in hierarchy.

      Cons

      Like any startup, not everything is perfectly organized yet. Some processes are still being built while the company grows. You need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. If you prefer to be guided step by step, with lots of structure, this may not be the right fit.
