      Pros

      Work with great people who love photography. Great upper management. You can earn commission off of photos you sell, which is nice. Decent hours. It is a great first job.

      Cons

      It requires a certain personality to excel in the business, but if you are able to figure out how to get great group photos and sell photos you will do well.
