The tupe process was disorganised and a lot of staff were lost in the process due to Get Set showing no care or consideration for staff. We were given no welcome, induction or training, just a half hour briefing telling people the consequences of poor performance and absences.
Targets and performance is all that is cared about, to the detriment of staff wellbeing - this is not a priority and there is very little offered by way of support. Service user wellbeing is also not considered.
The company is trying to grow at a rapid rate, with core services such as HR not growing at the same rate. Key elements such as health and safety and premises management had no solid processes which was concerning.
I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this is truly the worst company I’ve worked for, which is a shame as it really has potential but the culture and senior management seem to have evolved so far away from the the values and original ethos of the company.
