Good company but being accquired - Sales Gerber Technology Employee Review

A global manufacturing company with 50 years on market. Good Inventory management.

The company has been shrinking for the past 10 years.

Good stepping stone if you really need a job. People there seem to be genuine and form long-term professional relationships.

HR is a bit antiquated. Not sure if they still practice the "You get 10 PTO days, 4 of which we will dictate that you must use at the end of December" rule. So, in reality, you get 6 PTO days, but they want you to think you have 10. Seems very deceptive.
