Fantastic benefits package. Offered health reimbursement benefits as well as the usual 401K match, HDHP premium co pay, etc.
Cons
Toxic work environment in IT Solutions department. Very silo-ed department, and meetings can be embarrassing due to emotional outbursts by leadership. Within the larger enterprise, the leadership of this department is well known to be non-trustworthy. There is no sense of team within the department. The technology used here is quite outdated, and consultants rule the show mostly.
