Nice office, but toxic environment - Associate Gepp Solicitors Employee Review

Lovely, modern office with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Brilliant involvement in the local community and they encourage people to come up with new ideas and initiatives. Would recommend Gepp as a great place to work to anyone.

My work/life balance wasn't as great but that is purely circumstantial as I lived a distance from the office. Sometimes finding that I wasn't very busy within my role but given the sector and events calendar, this was again circumstantial and busier at different times of the year.

Welcoming and modern open plan office. Hot desking means staff have the opportunity to meet people outside of their own departments and share ideas etc. All staff, including partners/managers are very kind/supportive, down to earth and always happy to help you. Great benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, time off over Christmas, free parking, company events, health cash plan, pension scheme, staff lottery etc. Spacious breakout areas in the office including tea/coffee/juices/fruit for all staff to use. Opportunities for career progression if wanted. Flexible working & option to WFH 3 days per week for most staff. Foreward thinking firm, environmentally friendly & involvement in the local community.
