You're just a number. You punch in, work your backside off, punch out. Free thinking isn't welcomed and the atmosphere is so antiquated, unhealthy and bitter. Management rule from afar and barely ever communicate, unless they want to deliver bad news then they bring in HR just to cover themselves. Nothing to show they really care for their employees, any initiatives are just words and no substance. Office is just being surrounded by a load of cynical men with nasty humour.
